Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as it sets out the terms of legally binding agreement between you and Godrej Properties.

1. I/We hereby submit my/our priority booking request to buy the above mentioned unit type in the project of Godrej Properties Limited, Bangalore.
2. I/We understand that this EOI stands valid only on the submission of complete KYC documents.
3. I, the applicant undersigned state confirm and declare that the payment is made from my own bank account for this booking.
4. I/We agree that the source of priority booking request / booking once confirmed will not change.
5. I/We agree, in case of non-refundable booking,
   1. I/We hereby authorize Godrej Properties Limited to bank and encash the cheque/s and demand draft/s submitted and I/We understand and agree that in case of getting the unit allotted as per my/our preference in the given price range, the claim amount paid is non-refundable and I/We shall be going ahead with the booking.
   2. I/We understand and agree that in case of not getting the unit allotted as per my/our preference in the given price range, the claim amount paid shall be non-refundable and stand forfeited.
6. I/We agree to all the terms and conditions. I/We have understood the Terms and Conditions and have been legally advised in relation to the same.
7. I/We accept the Terms and Conditions therein without any condition and agree to abide by the terms contained therein and I have paid the advance booking amount on this basis only.
8. I/We understand that the representations made are as per RERA guidelines.
9. “Carpet Area” shall mean net usable floor area of the Flat, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, exclusive balcony or verandah area appurtenant to the Flat for exclusive use of the Applicant and exclusive open terrace area appurtenant to the Flat for exclusive use of the Applicant, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the Flat. “Exclusive Areas” shall mean exclusive balcony and/or exclusive open terrace and/or exclusive verandah appurtenant to the net usable floor area of the Flat and meant for exclusive use of the Applicant and other areas appurtenant to the Flat for exclusive use of the Applicant. “Total Area” shall mean the Carpet Area and Exclusive Areas collectively.   
10. I/We am/are aware that the amounts paid at the time of the booking shall be a one-time online payment, any payments made consequently shall be made offline as per the payment schedule.
11. I/We agree that this booking is subject to terms and conditions mentioned in the Application Form and Agreement for Sale available on the RERA website http:// rera.karnataka.gov.in
12. This Booking is only a confirmation towards your Expression of Interest, the actual allotment will be done at a later stage.
13. I/We hereby give consent to all the data and information that is disclosed/provided by me and which may be used for the purposes of discharging functions related to this transaction by the Company.
14. I/We am/are aware that booking of an inventory is a permanent reservation of the unit that I have selected. The amount mentioned above is the initial booking amount which is considered as an expression of interest. Booking of the unit shall be subject to confirmation and any cancellations post booking confirmation will be dealt under the Terms & Conditions of Godrej Properties Ltd.
15. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions mentioned herewith.
